An iron meteorite (meteoric iron) found in Argentina. The date of impact is unknown, though it was discovered before 1576. It comprises mainly iron and nickel, and is categorized as an IAB Octahedrite. This specimen weighs about 55 kg. The surface pockets were made by the effect of heat at the time it entered the atmosphere.
