Pit Dwelling in the Naganokonishida Site (Reproduction)
Kitakyushu Museum of Natural History & Human History(Discovering History (Archaeology))
A pit dwelling has been reproduced to show the lifestyle of the Yayoi period. These Yayoi period ruins have an excavated "watering place," which was once used to remove the harsh taste from acorns and other foods. This kind of large-scale watering place, with a length more than 300 meters, is rare in the country.
