This original bird's eye view drawing was a commission done by Hatsusaburo Yoshida by the Wakamatsu City Office to mark the 20th anniversary of the municipal system of Wakamatsu City and the 10th anniversary of Tobata City in 1934. The drawing highlights the coal port of Wakamatsu and the prosperity of Tobata with all of its factories.
